FINAL PAPERS ARE DUE February 15, 2011
The
presenting author must make sure the final paper is completed
by February 15, 2011 midnight U.S. Central Time. If you
are unable to submit your final paper by that date, your paper
will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
This deadline is final, and late papers cannot be accepted.

instructions on required formatting for submitted papers are
available at http://www.pela.com/call.htm.
Please note the following:
• Your
name and credentials will appear in the CD/Proceedings and
Final Onsite Program. Check that your title and author
information is correct when you send your paper. Make any
necessary changes at that time, being careful to check
spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and credentials.
•
Please make sure that all authors associated with the paper
are included when you send the final version.
Registration
The author who
intends to present the paper MUST register for the conference
in order to send the final paper and to have the paper
included in the proceedings. You may begin registering for the
conference and send your final paper.

All Speakers -
Please fill out and either send to your moderator or bring
with you to your session. Your moderator will use this
information to introduce you.
Audio
Visual Request Form (optional)
Speakers -
standard equipment in each room: LCD projector and
screen; microphone if room size warrants it. Please fill
out this form out only if you need equipment other than this.
Note: All
conference presenters and moderators are required to register
for at least one day of the conference and pay the appropriate
registration fees.
