P. E. LaMoreaux & Associates, Inc. (PELA) has performed Phase I, II and III  Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at sites throughout the U.S.   PELA performs ESAs in accordance with industry and ASTM standards and applicable regulations. 

Environmental Site Assessments are conducted or supervised by PGs and/or PEs with specialized training and certification in the performance of ESAs, including Registered Environmental Property Assessor, Certified Environmental Auditor, Registered Environmental Manager, and more. 

PELA’s ESA clients include commercial lenders, attorneys, property owners, industries, developers, insurance companies and others.  PELA’s experience and qualifications meet the requirements for the new proposed EPA standards for All Appropriate Inquiries (AAIs).
